Froslass used Blizzard

Reiterating what I said with Glalie, I haven't Submitted anything in a while, so I figured I'd fill you all in on the Pokemon I've been working on all December long

Froslass is an awesome Ice Type Pokemon, I'm really ashamed that I don't have one made in the game because she's so cool looking and has a pretty good set of stats

Anyway, back to this...I really like how it turned out, and I think it animates pretty smoothly, so I hope you enjoy this!
